Axle Load Compliance and Sustainable Transport
The environmental value of on-board weighing comes from two visible things: fewer wasted trips, and less damage to the road surface. We state only what can be verified — the data belongs to the customer, and the conclusions come from the customer's own numbers.
Safety and efficiency are environmental issues
Road freight wastes resources in two ways that rarely appear in an environmental report: overloading that adds wear to roads and bridges, and loading by guesswork that leaves trucks half-empty or queueing again at a weighbridge. GX-6 does not change a vehicle's legal limits and does not replace enforcement — it turns “how heavy is this load, really?” from a guess into a live reading, so safety and efficiency no longer depend on luck.
- Per-axle live weight: stop within the legal limit while loading, not at the weighbridge
- Off-centre load and stability alerts: catch the problem before it damages the vehicle or the shift
- Loading optimisation: fewer half-empty runs, fewer second passes and weighbridge queues
- Exportable weight records: the data belongs to the customer, for settlement, efficiency analysis and internal reporting
Six points we can state clearly
Everything below describes how the product works. No unverified emissions figure is included; any quantified result must come from the customer's own measured data.
Less wear on roads and bridges
Road damage rises steeply with axle load — a standard conclusion in road engineering. Keeping axle loads within legal limits directly reduces that extra wear on public infrastructure.
Fewer wasted trips
Load it right the first time: fewer half-empty runs, fewer second loading passes, less queueing at the weighbridge.
Longer asset life
Less overloading and off-centre loading means less structural strain on chassis, tyres and the road surface alike.
Supporting electrification
Weight and axle-load data helps operators distribute payload and plan range and charging on electric trucks.
Efficiency you can measure
Trips, tonnage and payload utilisation become exportable data; energy and carbon intensity are calculated on the customer's own basis.
A compliance record
Weight records are traceable, supporting internal compliance checks, customer settlement reconciliation and regulatory enquiries.
What we do not claim
Environmental claims are easy to overstate. These are the ones we deliberately avoid:
No unverified reduction figures
We do not publish or quote “X% emissions saved” or “X litres of fuel saved” without third-party verification or the customer's own measured data.
No unsupported green labels
We do not use labels such as “carbon neutral”, “green certified” or “eco material” unless a certificate or verification exists for that specific claim.
Not a legal measuring instrument
GX-6 is a fleet self-management and compliance-alert tool. It is not a legal-for-trade measuring instrument and does not change a vehicle's legal limits.
Customer results need customer consent
Any customer efficiency or energy result we quote requires written consent, with the measurement basis and period stated.
No bribes, and no paying for influence
We compete on product and engineering. These rules apply to every employee, agent and partner:
- No kickbacks, facilitation payments or other improper benefits to customers, public officials or their associates
- No commission, success fee or “introduction fee” tied to political influence or a policy outcome
- Agents, advisers and channel partners pass compliance due diligence; scope, contract, invoice and payment record must all exist
- Engagement with public bodies is based on factual material and complies with local law, including Australia's lobbyist register and foreign influence transparency requirements
